Modality 1 — Bio-Electrical

24-Bit ADS1292R EEG Front-End

Standard consumer headbands use 12-bit analog-to-digital converters that miss microvolt-level synaptic signals. NoBrainer incorporates a medical-grade 24-bit ADS1292R biopotential instrumentation amplifier sampling at 500 SPS.

This captures high-resolution Alpha (8-12Hz), Beta (13-30Hz), Theta (4-8Hz), and Delta (0.5-4Hz) frequency power spectral densities across the prefrontal cortex.

Beta/Alpha Focus Fuel Ratio

Calculates real-time executive concentration and warns users before mental fatigue occurs.

Frontal Alpha Asymmetry (FAA)

fNIRS Optical Cerebral Oxygenation

While electrical EEG measures rapid neural firing, Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS) measures metabolic energy consumption (cerebral blood flow).

Combining EEG electrical speed with fNIRS blood oxygenation provides 10x higher signal accuracy and automatically eliminates eye-blink and muscle motion artifacts.
